How It Works
All coaching and mentorship sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing flexibility and convenience while maintaining a meaningful, face-to-face connection.
In addition to scheduled sessions, ongoing support may include email, text messages, and voice notes, depending on your selected service or package. These communication tools are used intentionally to provide encouragement, clarify next steps, answer brief questions, and offer timely support between sessions.

Text messages are reserved for brief check-ins, reminders, or time-sensitive support during agreed-upon hours.

Voice notes may be used to provide thoughtful responses, guidance, or encouragement when a written reply may not fully capture the message.
All communication is handled professionally, respectfully, and within clearly defined boundaries to ensure focused, effective support while honoring both your time and mine.
My goal is to provide accessible, compassionate, and structured support—so you feel guided, supported, and never alone as you move forward.

Confidentiality

Your privacy and trust are deeply respected. All coaching and mentorship sessions are conducted in a confidential and professional manner. Information shared during sessions—whether verbally, in writing, or through voice notes—is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Any communication through email, text, or voice notes is used solely for coaching and support purposes and is handled with care and discretion.
Please note that coaching is not therapy or counseling, and while confidentiality is a priority, it does not replace legal or clinical confidentiality standards. Confidentiality may be limited in rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law or if there is a concern for personal safety.
