For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside students, parents, and teachers in the world of special education. My journey has been both rewarding and deeply personal—shaped by my own seasons of grief and transformation. Out of that brokenness came a passion to help others find healing, clarity, and strength in the face of life’s most difficult moments. I am a Certified Therapeutic Life Coach, trained through A Work in Progress, LLC under the guidance of Demetria Hill Cannady, PhD, and mentored by Dr. Kellie Agueze. My coaching is centered around grief and education, with a unique focus on supporting those who are navigating loss in all its forms—not just death, but the many ways life can shift and leave us grieving what was. I also aim to help you see the best you by helping you look inside yourself to achieve your goals. Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to process grief and sort through their emotions with grace and intention. Mentor you as you set your expectations and reach your goals. Guide parents in better understanding their children’s needs, especially within the special education system. Support new teachers as they navigate the joys and challenges of their first years in the classroom. I believe that every person deserves space to heal, learn, and grow. My mission is to walk with you—helping you set goals, find meaning in the midst of loss, and move forward with renewed hope and confidence.
