If you’re unsure whether my services are a good fit, a consultation call is a great place to start.
Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on forward movement, practical strategies, accountability, and personal growth. If clinical therapy is needed, I encourage clients to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, providing flexibility and convenience while still allowing for meaningful, face-to-face connection.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Yes, depending on your selected service or package. Support between sessions may include email, text messages, or voice notes for brief questions, encouragement, or clarification. Boundaries and response times are clearly outlined to ensure respectful and effective communication.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified in a package or agreement.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
Life happens. I ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee, depending on the service agreement.
Do you offer packages or payment plans?
Yes. Many services are available as bundled packages, and flexible payment options may be available. Packages often provide better value and consistent support.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is respected. All sessions and communications are handled with discretion and professionalism. Confidentiality is maintained except in rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law or safety concerns arise.
Do you attend IEP meetings or communicate with schools?
Services primarily focus on parent education, preparation, and advocacy support. Direct school attendance or communication may be available depending on the service and agreement.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Schedule a consultation, choose the service that fits your needs, and we’ll take the next steps together.
