Grief Coaching

Grief is deeply personal and can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable. Our coaching sessions provide a safe, compassionate space for you to process loss while also offering gentle guidance for healing and daily living.

In each session, you’ll receive:

  • A supportive space to share your feelings without judgment.

  • Validation that your experience is real and your emotions are normal.

  • Practical tools for coping with overwhelming moments, such as grounding techniques, journaling prompts, or calming strategies.

  • Guidance for everyday life, including managing responsibilities while grieving and navigating difficult dates like anniversaries or holidays.

  • Encouragement and hope, helping you take small steps toward healing and discovering new ways to honor your loved one or loss.

Grief coaching isn’t about rushing you through pain—it’s about walking alongside you as you navigate it, offering strength, perspective, and compassion along the way.

Grief Coaching Services

Grief looks different for everyone, which is why we offer flexible options for support. Choose what feels right for where you are in your journey:

1. Single Session – $90 (50 minutes)
A one-time session to share your story, receive compassionate listening, and leave with gentle coping strategies you can use right away.

2. Four-Session Bundle – $325
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions designed to help you process emotions, learn grounding techniques, and build supportive routines. Includes journaling prompts and resources between sessions.

3. Ongoing Healing Package – $750 (10 sessions)
A longer-term coaching relationship offering consistent support as you navigate milestones, anniversaries, and daily life. Sessions may be used weekly or monthly, depending on your needs. Includes email check-ins for encouragement between sessions.

​Sessions are 50 minutes.
